Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within Agile environments.
- Demonstrate experience developing product roadmaps and making data-informed decisions.
- Show experience improving customer value and product adoption.
- Have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering SaaS products.
- Have experience with data analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools, including Looker or equivalent platforms.
- Be able to influence stakeholders and define specifications from initial design through adoption.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Bring collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, employee benefits, or benefits administration is an advantage.
- Successfully complete applicable pre-employment background checks and verification processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmaps and release plans for related products.
- Translate product backlogs into user stories, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market, exploratory, and competitive research to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
- Use customer feedback, market insights, and data analysis to inform strategy and feature prioritization.
- Drive workflow automation through integrations, AI-powered solutions, and agentic technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, CX, go-to-market teams, customers, and product leadership on technical solutions.
- Monitor development progress and requirements to support delivery speed, product quality, and releases.
- Develop and present strategic business cases to stakeholders and executives.
- Coordinate product activation and launch readiness, including training, support, marketing, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Own adoption dashboards by defining metrics, monitoring progress, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements.
