Requirements
- Hold an associate degree in Finance.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, revenue cycle management, accounting, finance, healthcare analytics, or data analytics.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
- Be able to read, write, edit, and interpret SQL queries.
- Communicate complex financial and analytical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to financial and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership and finance, operations, and information technology stakeholders.
- Understand relationships between pricing, volume, revenue, and business performance drivers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support operational and business decision-making.
- Perform variance analyses and evaluate actual results against budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
- Analyze operational, technology, and customer-related datasets to produce reporting and actionable insights.
- Compile, organize, validate, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, including laboratory data systems and data marts.
- Read, write, edit, and interpret SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Research complex projects and assess process methodologies and financial impacts.
- Recommend and support implementation of protocols, methodologies, and processes.
- Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and stakeholder implementation plans.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations, translating them into business impacts related to pricing, volume, revenue, and operational performance.
