  • Ability to connect financial insights with business objectives and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Ability to present complex findings clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing executives.
  • Ability to analyze incomplete, complex, or imperfect datasets and make sound recommendations.
  • Experience developing scalable analytical processes and improving financial workflows.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and promote analytical rigor.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth SaaS environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with general managers and C-suite executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning, and performance assessments.
  • Translate complex financial information and imperfect datasets into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Design scalable analytics frameworks and improve forecasting methodologies.
  • Streamline financial planning processes to support business growth.
  • Align revenue strategies and priorities with stakeholders across departments.
  • Mentor junior team members and identify improvements to financial systems and reporting practices.
