Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Bring strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Have experience supporting Technology, Digital, or IT organizations.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
- Experience with financial systems and reporting platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting technology finance, CapEx/OpEx management, or financial governance initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial review processes.
- Conduct monthly CapEx forecast reviews and partner with technology stakeholders to assess financial performance.
- Analyze actual spend against budget and forecast, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
- Monitor CapEx and OpEx spending, project budgets, and resource utilization.
- Support financial governance activities, including funding approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Develop financial models and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and improve reporting accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting.
