Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance function.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis of complex datasets.
- Demonstrate strong Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency and the ability to prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Have experience partnering with business leaders in a global organization to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Influence senior stakeholders through financial analysis, recommendations, and business-focused reporting.
- Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data from multiple sources.
- Have experience improving financial processes, systems, controls, policies, and reporting frameworks.
- Bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and meet deadlines while managing competing priorities.
- An MBA, MSF, or related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and analyses, including month-end close activities, budget-to-actual reviews, prior-year comparisons, trend analysis, and revenue and expense journal entries.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with global Finance teams.
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business initiatives.
- Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and strategic projects, and prepare executive-level analyses and presentations.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Strategy, and other business units on client cost estimates, pricing proposals, and customer invoices.
- Support global finance and procurement systems and uphold financial controls, reporting standards, policies, and processes.
- Calculate, prepare, and administer biannual sales incentive programs.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
