Requirements
- Hold a degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
- Bring extensive experience building complex financial models and conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
- Have experience performing scenario analysis.
- Be able to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
- Have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate numerical data into business insights.
- Demonstrate persuasion and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions for forecasting needs.
- Be able to navigate matrix environments, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Have advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
- Be able to collaborate during core PST business hours.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field is preferred.
- Prior experience with SaaS or online subscriptions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
- Prepare reporting and analysis on key drivers and variances, and maintain and publish dashboards and KPIs.
- Perform cost analysis and investigate period-over-period fluctuations and variations from forecasts.
- Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance, highlight issues, and predict future activity.
- Analyze deviations from key metric targets and provide insights to business and finance leaders.
- Develop materials and metrics for senior management presentations, discussions, and reviews.
- Create presentations that communicate analysis and facilitate senior management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate modeling and improve processes.
