Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Have held a revenue, expansion, or retention target.
- Have managed a portfolio of 50–100 accounts and know how to prioritize accounts.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish and able to conduct customer conversations and onboarding in both languages.
- Be based in the EU and comfortable working CET/CEST hours.
- Have some working-hour overlap with APAC and MENA colleagues.
- Have working knowledge of the European business landscape, including how GDPR and data-residency expectations affect SaaS and messaging adoption.
- Be data-driven and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
- Be comfortable working without a fully established playbook.
- Familiarity with how European businesses use WhatsApp and other messaging channels is a strong plus.
- German, French, Italian, or Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own expansion revenue through usage growth, plan upgrades, monthly-to-annual conversions, and multi-location rollouts.
- Help customers adopt best practices, AI agents, and additional platform features.
- Use usage and billing signals to identify expansion opportunities.
- Run activation rescue for customers who bought the platform but have not fully deployed it, including WhatsApp Business setup or compliance issues.
- Tailor customer engagement by country and language and share approaches that can be repeated across markets.
- Identify at-risk behavior and intervene before customers cancel.
- Analyze EU cancellations, document root causes, and share findings with product and revenue leadership.
- Stabilize high-potential accounts without a dedicated point of contact.
- Address customer questions about data privacy and GDPR with security and legal teams.
- Log every account interaction and measure Account Management impact using data.
