Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development, or 6 years with a master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced understanding of enterprise technology sales, strategic account management, and applying AI-enabled solutions in business environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and commercial skills, including interpreting financial data and assessing market dynamics.
- Ability to identify account expansion opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present recommendations to executive-level clients and internal leadership.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and remain accountable for results.
- Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills across departments and organizational levels.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to develop clear, context-rich prompts.
- Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, brand consistency, and potential errors while following data privacy and governance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with annual sales targets, multi-year revenue objectives, and long-term growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption, introduce complementary services, and increase account value through AI-driven solutions.
- Lead complex sales discussions and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Partner with business, product, and operational stakeholders to align account strategies and coordinate solution delivery.
- Analyze market trends, client performance metrics, financial data, and emerging business opportunities.
- Provide senior leadership with recommendations on account performance, client needs, growth opportunities, and risks.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, industry events, and company gatherings.
- Use approved generative AI tools to improve productivity and review outputs for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Protect confidential information and personally identifiable information by following approved AI usage policies.
