Requirements
- Have a minimum of 8 years of product management experience.
- Have experience carrying a revenue or adoption target.
- Have experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production.
- Have experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments and being accountable for their outcomes.
- Be able to turn deployment evidence into a repeatable motion that a sales team can run.
- Have experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including assessing product fit within a broader technology ecosystem.
- Have experience working with business development on commercial terms.
- Bring technical depth to discussions with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems.
- Demonstrate an ability to align go-to-market and engineering teams without direct authority.
- Be able to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market.
- Use agents in daily work and apply judgment to product decisions and customer and internal relationships.
- Approximately 10 to 20% travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events is expected.
- Preferred: experience with security products, agentic products, or developer tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products that give AI agents credentials and access to systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and revise the growth thesis for 1Password’s AI opportunities, including target segments, customer outcomes, and workflows.
- Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research.
- Lead a weekly business review that combines customer feedback, field input, and product usage telemetry.
- Identify adoption blockers and drive their resolution with the product teams responsible for them.
- Run the design customer program from customer selection through deployment and delivery of outcomes.
- Coordinate teams involved in each customer deployment and work with forward deployed engineering to build what is required.
- Turn design customer evidence, deployment patterns, and measured outcomes into repeatable signals for go-to-market and channel sales plays.
- Identify and pursue partnerships, deliver integrations, and develop repeatable integration patterns.
- Work with business development to structure commercial relationships with partners.
- Develop field enablement and developer adoption materials, including demos, reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions.
