Requirements

  • Bring 5–10 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience in wind energy or a closely related renewable energy or infrastructure market.
  • Demonstrate success achieving or exceeding revenue targets, developing new business, and expanding complex enterprise relationships.
  • Have a strong understanding of the wind energy ecosystem, ideally including asset owners, operators, OEMs, or service providers.
  • Have experience selling technical services, inspection solutions, SaaS, asset management technology, or comparable solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Apply consultative and value-based selling skills to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business priorities.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from site-level teams to senior executives.
  • Bring commercial judgment and experience with pricing, proposals, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrate pipeline management and forecasting capabilities using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Be proficient with Salesforce, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and video conferencing and collaboration tools.
  • Independently manage an account portfolio in a remote environment and travel regularly throughout North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of wind energy customers and prospects, meeting assigned bookings and revenue targets.
  • Develop new customer relationships and expand existing enterprise accounts.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, asset management, and executive leadership.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend inspection, software, and asset intelligence solutions.
  • Develop account strategies, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and growth planning.
  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery and solution development through pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Maintain sales pipeline accuracy, forecasting, CRM usage, and clearly defined next steps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and meet customer expectations.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events throughout North America.
