Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or set of features in B2B or enterprise software.
- Demonstrate a track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through owned products or features.
- Have experience building for administrator or IT personas, including workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities.
- Bring strong experience with API-first product design, API development, and API management workflows.
- Have the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation.
- Have a strong background and experience in cybersecurity.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work and make decisions.
- Have experience training internal teams, particularly sales, support, and customer success, as part of bringing products to market.
- Bring strong presentation and leadership skills.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bring teams and stakeholders together to solve problems and remove roadblocks.
Responsibilities
- Own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager.
- Champion API-centric workflows and deliver features for administrators managing, monitoring, and supporting organizations at scale.
- Shape the roadmap for admin capabilities, dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery, and user confirmation workflows.
- Develop agentic (MCP) capabilities as part of the product roadmap.
- Connect platform decisions to customer and business outcomes.
- Define product requirements with other product managers and customer-focused teams.
- Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure service quality, security, and usability.
- Train internal teams, including sales, support, and customer success, as products go to market.
