Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product management experience.
- Have experience leading broad product areas or platforms in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Have 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers.
- Bring experience managing roadmaps, releases, launches, and cross-functional delivery from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrate strong product judgment and experience working directly with enterprise customers, technical buyers, security teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Have a strong technical orientation and the ability to partner with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Have experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged access management, DevOps, or another complex technical domain.
- Have experience with artificial intelligence, automation, agentic workflows, platform integrations, or Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Experience managing Designers is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Set direction across the Apono platform and align product areas, user experiences, workflows, and integrations.
- Own roadmap execution, clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, and connect delivery to company goals.
- Guide release planning and tracking, including dependencies, scope changes, launch readiness, and post-release learning.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers.
- Coach product teams to identify customer problems, validate assumptions, and deliver focused minimum viable products.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Go To Market, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand access management challenges and identify product opportunities.
- Provide the Director of Product with visibility into roadmap progress, execution risks, release readiness, and product impact.
