Have prior experience in SaaS sales and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
Bring experience leading fast-paced, results-driven, customer-facing teams in a SaaS or Product-Led Growth company; this is preferred.
Have a strong track record of mentoring and contributing to others’ professional development.
Bring strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with HighLevel software.
Demonstrate collaboration, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills with colleagues, subordinates, and customers.
Learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems and share lessons with direct reports.
Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience; this is strongly preferred.
Bring working knowledge of social media management and advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
Have working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, LinkedIn, and other social media.
Have experience with CRM systems or the ability to learn them; this is a plus.

Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support to Trial Experience Specialists.
Serve as the primary contact for management inquiries and customer support escalations.
Facilitate ongoing training with Leads and/or Managers and support new-hire training.
Monitor team and department health and contribute to strategic team development.
Track and report individual and team performance metrics and provide feedback.
Identify opportunities for process redesign and recommend service-quality improvements.
Resolve advanced customer requests promptly and document them accurately.
Foster collaboration and effective teamwork.
