SalaryTotal compensation range: $135,000 - $166,000. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This range is inclusive of a base range and a variable bonus.

Requirements
- 8+ years of digital media and/or promotions experience.
- 5+ years of Account Management, Sales, or Analytics experience.
- 1–2 years of team management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience guiding teams through complex sales cycles with multi-layered decision-making and long-term planning.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and operational revenue drivers.
- Ability to use data for forecasting, performance optimization, and strategic decision-making.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
- G Suite skills.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Guide the team to exceed gross profit goals and grow professionally.
- Monitor campaigns, measure performance, surface optimization recommendations, implement solutions, and create recap decks.
- Coach the team to activate paused campaigns and uncover incremental spend.
- Set goals and improve processes to help the team work more efficiently.
- Maintain alignment across analytics, product, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives beyond individual accounts.
- Train the team to use analytics tools for client reporting.
- Own projects involving policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Drive best practices and evolve go-to-market strategies across the Revenue organization.
