Experience: 5+ years of CPG account management, trade marketing, and broker/distributor management, with direct experience in foodservice or away-from-home channels
Required Skills: MS OfficeFinancial analysisAccount Management

Have a BA/BS; an MBA is a plus.
Have 5+ years of CPG account management, trade marketing, and broker/distributor management experience.
Have direct experience in foodservice or away-from-home channels.
Have experience working for both large CPG brands and challenger brands.
Be proficient with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and financial analysis.
Have strong PC skills, including MS Office.
Have strong planning and analytical skills, including the ability to use consumption data such as SPINS.
Be able to travel up to 50%+ of the time as business needs necessitate.

Build and maintain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, brokers, and key partners.
Use data to identify opportunities and execute merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving or menu plans.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams on channel-specific programs.
Develop annual business plans for the Foodservice/Away From Home channel mix and track progress against plan.
Create promotions, analyze post-promotional results, and balance trade spending with profitability goals.
Set KPIs for broker and foodservice distributor partners, review performance, and implement corrective actions.
Partner with the Director, Foodservice & Away From Home to prioritize channels and identify high-opportunity customers.
Support Foodbuy, Premier, and Entegra GPO partnerships through promotions, operator outreach, and program visibility.
Deliver sales forecasts and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
