Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable financial activities.
- Know typical financial transactions of a globally distributed company.
- Have intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices in the Coupa procurement system.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Review and enter travel, apartment, and hotel expenses.
- Contact suppliers and employees.
- Process regular, intercompany, tax, and payroll/benefits payments in the bank.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Support ad hoc requests.
