Job Details

Have 4–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting.
Have hands-on experience with NetSuite.
Have proven month-end close and reconciliation experience.
Have strong financial statement preparation skills.
Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial analysis.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Have excellent written and verbal English communication.
CPA or ACCA is a nice-to-have.
Multi-entity accounting, foreign currency accounting, and SaaS, real estate, or professional services experience are nice-to-haves.

Lead monthly and quarterly close activities.
Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaids, payroll, depreciation, and intercompany transactions.
Maintain trial balances, close checklists, and supporting schedules.
Reconcile cash, AR, AP, deferred revenue, inventory, and fixed assets; investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements and analyze budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual performance.
Prepare PBC schedules and documentation for external audits and support tax and compliance requirements.
Improve reconciliations, reporting, close processes, and accounting automation; maintain accounting SOPs.
Review junior accountants’ and bookkeepers’ work and support team members on reconciliations and accounting treatment.
