- Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects, developing and evolving digital products and services within complex ecosystems
- Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes at multiple fidelity levels, and design systems
- Contribute to the evolution of Design Platforms and Design Systems, connecting design decisions to product and engineering strategy
- Work in close collaboration with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs and operating comfortably in agile delivery contexts
- Lead discovery and research activities, translating findings into concrete product and platform-level decisions — not just research outputs
- Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies that connect user insights to business and product direction
- Balance client and Thoughtworker expectations by clearly communicating experience design deliverables and managing scope and risk
- Support less-experienced designers and contribute to the broader design community at Thoughtworks
