Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production systems.
Have strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals.
Have experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.
Have run Kubernetes in production.
Understand real-time systems, latency budgets, streaming, and backpressure.
Have experience with observability tooling such as SigNoz, OpenTelemetry, or similar.
Have incident response experience, including finding root causes and improving reliability.
Bring judgment focused on system reliability, security, and maintainability.
Have a degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Design and evolve the agent runtime, orchestration engine, and systems behind Agent Studio.
Build real-time voice infrastructure, including WebSocket audio streaming, low-latency STT and TTS integration, and reliable telephony integrations.
Build and uphold enterprise capabilities including RBAC, access management, audit logs, and data isolation.
Own the DeepEval-driven evaluation suite, conversation replay, scenario simulation, and experimentation frameworks.
Extend Reflect to make agent decisions traceable and build proactive monitoring for regressions, drift, and new conversation patterns.
Connect evaluation and observability findings to agent improvements, including new evaluation cases and procedure changes.
Own Kubernetes, ArgoCD-driven GitOps deployments, CI/CD, and observability with SigNoz.
Build self-serve infrastructure for engineering and lead incident response and postmortems.
