- Design and evolve the agent runtime, orchestration engine, and systems behind Agent Studio.
- Build real-time voice infrastructure, including WebSocket audio streaming, low-latency STT and TTS integration, and reliable telephony integrations.
- Build and uphold enterprise capabilities including RBAC, access management, audit logs, and data isolation.
- Own the DeepEval-driven evaluation suite, conversation replay, scenario simulation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Extend Reflect to make agent decisions traceable and build proactive monitoring for regressions, drift, and new conversation patterns.
- Connect evaluation and observability findings to agent improvements, including new evaluation cases and procedure changes.
- Own Kubernetes, ArgoCD-driven GitOps deployments, CI/CD, and observability with SigNoz.
- Build self-serve infrastructure for engineering and lead incident response and postmortems.
