Requirements
- Have practical experience building email campaigns and automations.
- Have hands-on SMS experience.
- Have strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
- Have experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Be comfortable using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings, and campaign performance.
- Be confident following up with leads, explaining an offer, and asking for the booking.
- Show strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records, and competing deadlines.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.
- Complete the Culture Index survey and Criteria GAME assessment — English before or shortly after applying.
- Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service, or ecommerce retention is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, build, and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities, and offers.
- Create audience segments and build or improve welcome, lead follow-up, booking recovery, reminder, repeat-booking, and win-back automations.
- Check campaign details before launch and monitor delivery, complaints, opt-outs, and consent records.
- Test campaign messaging, timing, offers, and journeys, then report enquiries, bookings, repeat participation, revenue, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate availability, schedules, capacity, and approved pricing for sports facilities.
- Respond to customer enquiries, recommend suitable availability, prepare approved quotes, and follow up through booking and payment confirmation.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, document customer commitments, and pursue renewals or repeat bookings.
- Create and maintain pickup-game listings, monitor registrations and fill levels, and coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts.
- Manage routine player questions and waitlists, communicate approved changes, and escalate venue, safety, cancellation, refund, or pricing issues.
- Track attendance, feedback, and repeat participation to improve future games.
