Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Communicate effectively and build trust and rapport quickly.
- Take a proactive approach to prospecting, relationship building, and meeting goals.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and helping build a new program with teammates and a manager.
- Work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Experience with channel sales, partner recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or partner ecosystems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective channel partners across the Americas using tailored outreach and recruitment strategies.
- Manage inbound interest and proactively prospect for partners with potential to grow with HiBob.
- Build credibility with prospective partners, understand their business goals, and explain how HiBob’s platform and partner program can benefit their clients.
- Work with the team on campaigns, virtual events, and other initiatives to expand reach and improve partner recruitment.
- Collaborate with Channel Partner Managers to recruit suitable partners and with Technology Partner Managers to explore opportunities through existing integration relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support new partners from their first conversation through onboarding.
- Track pipeline and results, refine outreach, and help shape the partner acquisition program.
