Requirements
- For the Talent Acquisition Partner level, have 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including healthcare or clinical roles.
- For the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner level, have 6+ years of recruitment experience focused on clinical recruitment.
- For the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner level, demonstrate the ability to lead strategic initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Have strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Be proficient with ATS systems and recruitment tools; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring non-clinical and high-volume roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates and stakeholders.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
- For more senior hires, lead complex searches, influence leadership-level decisions, and mentor team members.
