Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be comfortable making outbound phone calls every day.
- Have experience or natural ability building trust-based relationships, especially with independent contractors or other partners.
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Be comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent change.
- Be proficient in macOS and Google Suite, including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Learn new technology and procedures quickly.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree; dispatch, logistics, or operations experience; marketplace or gig economy platform experience; familiarity with business intelligence tools for self-serve analytics.
Responsibilities
- Learn the operational requirements, including regional licensing and coverage rules, for the assigned territory.
- Match each job in the territory with a process server quickly and manage dispatch requests to meet SLA targets.
- Call, text, and email independent contractor servers, record their preferences, and find workable solutions.
- Handle client conversations by phone and email, negotiating a path forward.
- Set fair prices for servers and the business, and hold pricing when needed.
- Document client and server communications and job decisions.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and share pricing and network gaps with the broader team.
- Help teammates solve problems and contribute ideas to the manager.
- Use data and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and improve decisions and workflows.
