Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of product design experience covering both UX and UI at a user-focused tech company.
- Provide examples of shipped products.
- Demonstrate customer centricity.
- Have lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping skills.
- Have user research and user testing skills.
- Be able to present and articulate design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders.
- Understand how design systems are created, implemented, and maintained.
- Have experience working in multidisciplinary product teams.
- Bring a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the user experience and product design of campaign and automation workflow creation experiences, excluding the email builder.
- Combine product metrics, user research, and customer insights into design concepts and experiments.
- Co-lead discovery and support delivery through problem framing, research, insight presentation, flow mapping, and interaction design.
- Make incremental design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Ensure cohesive experiences across product areas and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to the design system and improve design efficiency across teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive company goals.
