Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, responsive design, and high-quality UI execution.
- Have advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Have experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Have experience creating design systems.
- Understand UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing.
- Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Balance business objectives with user needs and apply strong visual design skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design patterns.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and usability validation to inform design improvements.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Deliver developer-ready assets, interaction specifications, annotations, and design documentation.
- Support implementation and review design quality in production.
