Requirements
- Have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role.
- Provide a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understand user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Have experience conducting user research and usability testing and applying insights to improve designs.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while attending to detail and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
- Create user-centered designs using business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on and validate design decisions.
- Maintain visual design and user experience consistency and quality across digital platforms.
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
