Requirements
- Have several years of experience designing software, ideally in a product-focused environment.
- Bring strong design sense, attention to detail, and passion for design craft.
- Approach complex problems and create simple, effective user experiences.
- Be able to solve complex UX challenges where AI capabilities meet human intent.
- Have a track record of shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with product teams.
- Have strong visual communication skills and experience creating prototypes.
- Have experience with Figma and AI coding tools such as Figma Make and Cursor.
- Have experience with design systems.
- Be based in GMT-3 to GMT+3 timezones.
- Bonus: Have experience with coding and technical tools such as VSCode, GitHub, and Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy and make decisions about visual direction and user experience.
- Lead design projects and participate in design critiques.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features.
- Build and nurture a design-focused culture across the company.
- Help shape processes that prioritize attention to detail and design excellence.
- Understand customer needs through direct conversations and collaboration with support and sales teams.
