Requirements
- Bring strong Product Design experience and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of meaningful digital products or product areas.
- Apply evidence-based product thinking that combines business goals, customer needs, technical constraints, and behavioral data.
- Demonstrate strong interaction and information-design skills, especially in clarifying complex settings, configurations, or data.
- Navigate ambiguity independently from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and post-launch iteration.
- Take ownership and articulate, defend, and adapt design decisions based on real-world evidence.
- Experience designing B2C SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, data, API-based, or other technically complex products is a plus.
- Experience designing self-service products with technically complex functionality is a plus.
- Experience with pricing, packaging, checkout, subscriptions, upgrades, or monetisation flows is a plus.
- Data and information-visualisation skills, including dashboards, usage analytics, performance metrics, or reporting, are a plus.
- Experience running or designing A/B tests and product experiments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product experiences across onboarding, activation, proxy setup, and usage analytics.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from problem definition to shape what is built.
- Conduct continuous discovery, prototype concepts, and validate design directions through research.
- Design product experiments and A/B tests, interpreting behavioral data to inform product decisions.
- Map the customer journey, identify friction, and translate complex technical mechanics into accessible experiences.
- Contribute to the design system and support team-wide product thinking through design rationale, evidence-based methods, and collaborative critiques.
