Job Details

Have proven 0→1 product design experience and be able to work autonomously.
Have experience creating and launching consumer mobile products.
Have experience with early-stage products, from hypothesis to real users.
Bring strong product thinking focused on user problems rather than screens.
Have strong UX/UI and interaction design skills.
Understand user flows, information architecture, and behavioral models.
Be confident using Figma and prototyping.
Have experience with design systems and component libraries.
Have experience conducting user research and testing product hypotheses.
Be comfortable working amid high uncertainty and moving quickly from hypothesis to prototype to validation.
Use systematic thinking and strong visual judgment to support design decisions with user behavior and product outcomes.
Have English proficiency at B2 or above.

Design end-to-end user journeys and the interaction model for the AI State Agent.
Translate complex AI logic into a simple, intuitive user experience.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
Design conversational and proactive AI interactions.
Design personalized recommendations, actions, and just-in-time interventions.
Create feedback mechanisms that help the agent learn what works for each user.
Design a mobile-first experience from onboarding through regular product use.
Develop the product’s visual language and design system.
Conduct user research and usability testing, and rapidly test design hypotheses.
Work with Product and Engineering from hypothesis through implementation.
