Requirements
- Demonstrate strong product sense and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Identify hierarchy and clarity issues on busy screens and explain their causes.
- Work across research, UX, and UI.
- Work independently while involving the team in important decisions.
- Collaborate proactively with engineering and product.
- Give direct feedback on others’ work and receive feedback on your own.
- Be fluent in Figma.
- Be comfortable working directly with token-based design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design JTX across web and mobile, including order entry, market data, charts, positions, execution visibility, onboarding, and wallet flows.
- Take features from defining the problem through UX and final UI.
- Own and improve the design system and token library used by engineers.
- Help with marketing design, including landing pages, social assets, and launch materials.
- Contribute design work to other Jito products when needed.
- Release designs, observe real usage, and continue improving them.
