Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Bring experience preferably in B2B SaaS or analytical products.
- Demonstrate strong product sense and the ability to understand product goals, business context, and user needs.
- Have hands-on experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or data-heavy interfaces.
- Be comfortable taking small features from concept through release.
- Be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Understand UX patterns for web and mobile products and have a keen eye for visual design.
- Experience designing AI interactions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across the product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and translate requirements into design solutions.
- Design analytical dashboards by understanding metrics and visualizing complex data.
- Own small features independently, from ideation and prototyping through handoff to engineers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product adoption.
- Maintain and evolve the design system across products and platforms.
- Use analytics, user feedback, and usage metrics to inform and iterate on design decisions.
