Requirements
- Around 6+ years in UX Design, Product Strategy, Product Management or Product Design.
- Proven end-to-end product delivery experience, including shipped digital products.
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-native experiences and intelligent workflows.
- Strong practical UX design experience, including wireframing, prototyping and UI collaboration.
- Experience using low-code/no-code tools such as Replit or Lovable for rapid prototyping.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, translating vision into concrete UX and product decisions.
- Mastery of UX methods including journeys, flows, information architecture, service design and prototyping.
- Capability in AI UX design, including agent interactions, prompts and adaptive UI behaviour.
- Comfort defining customer journeys, epics, user stories, KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and workshop facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define product visions, value propositions, experience principles and roadmaps aligned with client goals.
- Connect client challenges, user needs, AI opportunities, market trends and business objectives into product strategies.
- Plan and conduct qualitative, quantitative and strategic product and design research.
- Develop personas, journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps and AI opportunity maps.
- Create AI-native product concepts, user flows, interaction models and feature definitions.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, interaction specifications and micro-interactions.
- Work with AI, engineering, data and product teams to bring concepts into production.
- Support user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog refinement, and facilitate workshops.
- Prototype and validate ideas using low-code/no-code tools such as Replit or Lovable.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to product playbooks, frameworks and methodologies.
