Requirements
- 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped, native mobile (iOS and Android) work.
- Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI craft, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in accessibility and platform-specific design patterns.
- Demonstrated fluency using AI tools throughout the design thinking process.
- Expert-level proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Ability to influence design direction and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- Experience with interactive prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android, from strategic discovery through native UI delivery and implementation support.
- Run an AI-augmented design thinking process to accelerate research, prototyping, and validation.
- Develop mobile-first feature journeys that improve user adoption and retention for property managers and guests.
- Evolve the mobile design system and maintain high standards for accessibility and craft.
- Shape mobile product strategy by analyzing data and research to define a roadmap of high-impact design initiatives.
