- High level of design craft with polished and intentional visual output
- Ability to simplify ambiguous problems through clear storytelling and design artifacts
- Experience shipping B2C products that people actively use
- Strong understanding of product metrics balanced with design intuition
- Opinionated design philosophy with the ability to defend work and drive initiatives
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- High energy and curiosity
Responsibilities
- Shape the new design language and brand, including the design system, rebrand, and mobile app
- Own the full design process from ambiguous problems to polished, shipped solutions
- Drive consumer experience elements including onboarding, social features, retention, and learning loops
- Collaborate in close sync with engineers and PMs throughout the implementation phase
- Bring design initiatives and provide critical feedback on product direction
