Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product design experience.
- Bring a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products.
- Demonstrate a track record of customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
- Have exceptional visual and interaction design craft, strong product instincts, and attention to detail.
- Have experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences.
- Be comfortable using AI, code, and modern design tools to explore, iterate, and build quickly.
- Bring high ownership, strong communication, and confidence pushing work forward without a fully defined brief.
- Genuinely love sports and understand how fans follow teams, leagues, games, and major sporting events.
- Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces, or other high-frequency consumer products is a bonus.
- Experience with market data, probabilities, charts, or financial positions is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
- Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade, and manage their positions.
- Make probabilities, liquidity, and market mechanics clear and easy to understand.
- Work with Product and Engineering to shape what the team builds.
- Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and develop solutions.
- Set a high bar for visual and interaction design.
- Use research and data to keep improving the product.
