Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience designing digital products in UX/UI.
- Have strong knowledge of User-Centered Design methods.
- Know usability heuristics, UX laws, and design best practices.
- Be able to independently lead the design process at every stage.
- Have experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Have strong knowledge of design tools, particularly Figma.
- Understand how Design Systems work, evolve, and are maintained.
- Be able to present and explain design decisions.
- Have experience collaborating with product and technology teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences and interfaces for digital products.
- Lead the design process from problem identification and user needs analysis through concept development, prototyping, and implementation support.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, researchers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive product solutions.
- Use and co-create a Design System to maintain product consistency.
- Validate design solutions and iteratively improve products using data, research, and user feedback.
- Work across several products in a matrix team.
