Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a growth, CRM, or commercial strategy role.
- Bring experience in iGaming, iCasino, or a highly regulated digital business.
- Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills.
- Be comfortable building and defending investment cases with Finance stakeholders.
- Have advanced proficiency with SQL.
- Have advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Have advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Have experience designing or managing bonusing or generosity frameworks.
- Have experience measuring the ROI of promotional frameworks.
- Manage stakeholders across Finance, CRM, Product, and Analytics.
- Nice to have: experience with RTC/Return-to-Player modeling in an iCasino context.
- Nice to have: a background in pricing, revenue management, or promotional economics.
- Nice to have: exposure to cross-sell strategy between casino and sportsbook products.
Responsibilities
- Own the framework for allocating generosity budget across player cohorts and promotional mechanics.
- Monitor and improve Return to Customer (RTC) efficiency across the player base.
- Identify where generosity is under- or over-indexed and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Build and maintain the flow-through model connecting promotional spend to downstream player value.
- Model the economics of cross-sell between Casino and OSB.
- Build data-backed investment cases for new mechanics, budget changes, and strategic tests.
- Partner with Analytics to track cohort and mechanic performance.
- Work with CRM, Product, and Finance to align generosity and flow-through strategy with growth objectives.
