Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • 6+ years of project management experience involving large-scale deployments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage projects in complex, matrixed corporate environments.
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, or systems integration is highly desirable.
  • PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience with professional services automation platforms such as OpenAir or FinancialForce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT projects from kickoff through production rollout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering schedules, tasks, resources, milestones, risks, and rollout.
  • Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, staffing, resource allocation, and expectations across contributors.
  • Monitor progress, time utilization, deliverables, risks, and issues, and report to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead status meetings, reviews, and updates to support transparency and timely decisions.
  • Partner with clients to resolve issues, mitigate risks, manage changing requirements, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Support statements of work, effort estimates, and budget planning.
  • Build client and partner relationships and identify opportunities for additional services and support.
  • Improve professional services methodologies, project oversight, and delivery practices.
