Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of direct experience managing software implementation deployments, with ownership of complex projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Have experience managing both project-based delivery and ongoing support or managed services, preferably concurrently.
  • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365; Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement experience is highly valued.
  • Have experience across implementation phases including diagnosis, analysis, design, development, deployment, and operation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple clients, competing priorities, deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Bring business acumen and experience with budgets, forecasts, contracts, estimates, utilization, and scope-change financial implications.
  • Have planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Have stakeholder management skills for communicating progress, priorities, risks, decisions, and vision to business and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrate leadership, team-building, motivational, and resource-allocation capabilities.
  • Have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience is preferred; ERP implementation leadership in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft technology ecosystem, industry-standard project management tools, and ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management is advantageous.
  • PMI certification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage concurrent client engagements, owning scope, deliverables, project plans, resources, budgets, communications, risks, issues, and schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across managed services, enhancement projects, and implementation programs.
  • Own client relationships and manage satisfaction, accountability, communication, and engagement health.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 service queues, including ticket triage, prioritization, assignment, escalation, resolution, and service reviews.
  • Monitor service utilization and identify overages, under-consumption, carry-over requirements, and contract changes.
  • Identify recurring incidents and chronic issues and convert them into root-cause initiatives, problem records, or enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordinate enhancement estimates, scope, schedules, pricing, approvals, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-release support.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 implementations from diagnosis and analysis through design, development, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and transition to managed services.
  • Own integrated project plans, milestones, change control, cutover planning, go/no-go decisions, contingency plans, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate client-side dependencies and ensure completed implementations and enhancements transition into ongoing support with documentation and knowledge transfer.
