Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
- Bring 3–5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, packaging production, or a related field.
- Understand artwork production processes, workflows, approvals, and quality requirements.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with technical, creative, production, and client stakeholders.
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Be proficient with project management software, workflow systems, CRM platforms, and productivity tools.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, technical issues, and deviations from brand or project requirements.
- Be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of deliverables, and responding urgently to project or client issues.
- Experience with packaging, printing, or life sciences environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, particularly for artwork production.
- Experience redlining and reviewing artwork or technical files precisely is an advantage.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage client artwork files in artwork management and digital asset management systems, keeping assets accurate, organized, tagged, and archived.
- Upload, track, and maintain artwork assets; troubleshoot workflow and DAM system issues and provide user support or training.
- Apply client style guides and brand guidelines to packaging artwork.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and production teams, communicating requirements, timelines, feedback, priorities, and changes.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, and keep deliverables on schedule and within agreed quality standards.
- Lead client meetings and presentations and provide project status updates to internal stakeholders and client packaging design operations teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and tracking systems across multiple projects.
- Identify project risks and operational issues, coordinate solutions, and maintain momentum through final delivery.
- Review packaging layouts and supplied data for compliance with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly status reports; support audits, manufacturer reviews, distribution tracking, pricing updates, and process improvements.
