Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.
- Manage client expectations, project timelines, delivery, scope, and internal and external responsibilities.
- Lead client kick-off meetings and support internal and external specification review meetings.
- Track schedules, scope, tasks, risks, and issues to deliver systems on time for client user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate project meetings, set agendas, share minutes, and drive completion of action items.
- Coordinate study resourcing and oversee project quality, team utilization, and on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact from contract award through system deactivation and archival.
- Delegate and monitor team work, support team development, and provide feedback in partnership with Services Managers.
- Collaborate on hiring, study assignments, training, issue management, and Services process improvements.
- Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions.
