- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or food & beverage company. 7+ years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of project management.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or a food and beverage company.
- 7+ years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial functions.
- Proven track record of strong project management.
- PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead several R&D projects and programs focused on Innovation and Renovation across frozen meals, pizza, and snacking.
- Plan projects end-to-end in alignment with Idea-to-Launch (I2L), corporate strategies, and commitments.
- Manage cross-functional teams including marketing, quality assurance, engineering, and product development.
- Control project scope changes and manage parallel and sequential project tasks.
- Identify and communicate project costs, timing opportunities, and risks.
- Plan project roles and resources and ensure resources are available.
- Manage stakeholders and negotiate with internal and external decision makers and business partners.
- Communicate project status and simplify complex information for stakeholders.
- Coach project teams and develop junior project managers’ project management capabilities.
