Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Bring experience in education leadership, school improvement, change management, or a closely related environment.
  • Understand different school contexts, including public, private, and/or international education systems.
  • Have experience managing partnerships, strategic accounts, or portfolios, including retention, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and growth.
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management and facilitation skills, particularly with senior education leaders and decision-makers.
  • Interpret data, identify trends, translate insights into actions, and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Have project and portfolio planning capabilities; relevant professional accreditation is an advantage.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in written and verbal formats, and present information, influence stakeholders, and facilitate discussions.
  • Be fluent in English; additional relevant local language skills are an advantage.
  • Work effectively across educational contexts, cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups, balancing strategic planning with hands-on portfolio management.
  • Manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, risks, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools; experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account management and partnership plans for a portfolio of schools, groups, districts, and school systems.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior school and system leaders, representing the organization in high-level engagements.
  • Serve as a primary partner contact, supporting governance, organizational change, programme implementation, and evolving priorities.
  • Provide support throughout the programme lifecycle and connect partners with relevant expertise, services, resources, and professional networks.
  • Use partner data, feedback, and contextual insights to identify needs, improve support, and inform portfolio planning.
  • Identify retention, viability, and relationship risks, agree mitigation actions, and lead issue resolution and service recovery.
  • Identify sustainable growth opportunities, including new programmes, expanded cohorts, and relevant services.
  • Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce or a similar CRM and share portfolio insights with leadership and internal teams.
