Requirements
- Have 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years within CPG, food and beverage, or supplements.
- Have a track record of leading product launches from concept to shelf across R&D, packaging, supply chain, and retail.
- Have hands-on experience running a stage-gate or similar product launch process.
- Have advanced Asana skills, including building projects, templates, workflows, and dashboards.
- Have experience working with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, or artwork routing.
- Be able to drive cross-functional accountability without formal authority.
- Use data and facts to assess assumptions and project plans.
- Use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
- PMP certification is a nice to have.
- Agile certification, such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe, is a nice to have.
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a nice to have.
- Experience with functional beverages, supplements, or better-for-you brands is a nice to have.
- Experience across DTC subscription and major retail channels is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product innovation projects through the stage-gate process, from product development and operations through launch and post-launch review.
- Manage artwork refreshes, packaging and structure changes, variety packs, shippers, displays, co-packs, and custom packs.
- Coordinate new customer setups and launches, including timelines, dependencies, and retailer requirements.
- Manage bundles, promotions, merchandise sourcing and ordering, creative management, and shipping.
- Coordinate co-manufacturer onboarding, ingredient approvals, recipe changes, reformulations, and cost-savings initiatives.
- Build Asana workback schedules with owners, dependencies, milestones, and gates; follow up on commitments and identify timeline risks.
- Lead project meetings, stage-gate reviews, and decision forums, documenting decisions, owners, and next steps.
- Provide leadership with visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts, and bring forward decisions with context and recommendations.
- Establish Asana templates, intake processes, dashboards, reporting, stage-gate criteria, and repeatable project playbooks.
- Run post-launch reviews and use lessons learned to improve processes.
