Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of project management experience at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency.
- Track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Experience delivering pharmaceutical-industry marketing solutions in scope, on time, and on budget.
- Understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
- Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
- Ability to work Eastern time zone hours.
- Available for a contract role of 30-40 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Plan and manage resourcing with team leads.
- Manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with the Director, Operations.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
- Manage internal resources to support project delivery.
