Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of product management experience.
- Have at least 2 years focused on growth, activation, acquisition, or product-led growth at a consumer or fintech company.
- Show a track record of moving growth metrics, such as conversion funnels, referral programs, onboarding flows, or acquisition loops.
- Be able to write SQL when needed.
- Design experiments with statistical rigor and make decisions using CAC/LTV modeling.
- Be comfortable shipping multiple experiments per sprint and iterating based on results.
- Have led cross-functional pods or squads involving engineering, design, marketing, or data.
- Be able to present growth strategy to executives, build business cases, and translate data into clear narratives.
- Actively use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity in daily work.
Responsibilities
- Own specific growth KPIs tied to user acquisition or activation and KOHO’s revenue and unit economics.
- Design, ship, and iterate on growth initiatives weekly, maintaining an experiment backlog with hypotheses and success criteria.
- Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and CAC/LTV economics to prioritize investments and build business cases for leadership.
- Lead a cross-functional pod working with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship growth initiatives.
- Diagnose funnel drop-offs, onboarding bottlenecks, and underperforming growth channels, then ship solutions.
- Identify and scale product-led growth loops that can reduce acquisition costs over time.
- Collaborate with the other growth pod across the journey from first touch to active customer.
- Present growth strategy, experiment results, and roadmap decisions to executives in quarterly strategy reviews.
