Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Health Informatics, or a related role driving software product development.
  • Bring deep healthcare industry knowledge and experience identifying market gaps and delivering complex software products or platforms in healthcare environments.
  • Work collaboratively across sales, marketing, design, and engineering to take products from conception to market realization.
  • Have consultative experience facilitating meetings and communications with executive-level clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Be self-driven, proactive, results-oriented, and effective at time management.
  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Healthcare interoperability knowledge, including FHIR, HL7 v2, and CDA, is an asset.
  • Familiarity with terminology standards such as LOINC, SNOMED, and ICD-10, RESTful API standards, and modern stack architectures including Java, Kubernetes, Postgres, and Kafka is an asset.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams in cloud-native environments, and familiarity with CI/CD or software release cycles, is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify unmet healthcare market opportunities and design product capabilities to address them.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to define product strategy and positioning for platform components.
  • Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to design, develop, market, sell, and implement products.
  • Partner with Technical Product Managers to guide prioritization and translate business needs into development backlogs.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify differentiators for platform capabilities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in developing product communications, sales strategies, training, and demos.
  • Conduct webinars and present at industry events to build awareness and adoption.
  • Evangelize product features and roadmaps to internal teams and external customers.
  • Host customer conversations to validate strategic direction and explain how platform capabilities address healthcare challenges.
  • Champion healthcare data capabilities relevant to payer and provider workflows.
