Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects.
- Experience defining project work, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering to agreed expectations.
- Ability to keep a team on track and ensure project milestones are met.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor implementations to specific requirements.
- Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
- Experience navigating change management processes at scale and helping customers adapt to new systems and approaches.
- Solid understanding of complex products and their technical intricacies.
- Ability to use critical thinking to address customer opportunities and improve processes.
- Ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Understanding of the EMEA market and its regional considerations.
- Ability to travel less than 10% as needed for strategic customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists serving High Touch mid-market customers.
- Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support scoping and planning for prospective customers.
- Define project work, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver against agreed expectations.
- Keep implementation projects on track and ensure milestones are met.
- Tailor implementations to customer needs and guide customers throughout the implementation period.
- Evolve implementation delivery to account for regional considerations and scale without compromising quality.
- Navigate enterprise environments, change management, multiple stakeholders, and evolving requirements.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align progress.
- Improve processes using customer opportunities, metrics, and analytics.
