Job Details

Have 4+ years of project management experience, including leading projects from initial request through implementation.
Have experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users.
Have experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects.
Have experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes.
Have hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with implementation beyond development or default SDLC processes.
Be fluent in English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
Experience in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus.
Proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.

Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments to meet scope, timeline, and budget goals.
Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into project requirements.
Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
Clarify requirements with stakeholders, report progress, present results, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog.
Lead implementation and change management to support stakeholder engagement and adoption.
Coordinate integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions.
